Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. We allow clients to modify or cancel their appointments up until 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without penalty. Please note that if you cancel your appointment after the 48-hour deadline, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• 48 hour cancellation fee: $50

• 24 hour cancellation: $100

• No show fee: $150

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

Late Policy

We value your time and strive to provide punctual services to all patients. We offer a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you are later than 10 minutes we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be provided and we may need to shorten our session to ensure safe and focused treatments. In some instances we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are later than 10 minutes.

If a patient is more than 10 min late with no call or text to allow for planning of the schedule you may be charged the full NO SHOW fee of $150.

We understand things come up and we ask that you simply communicate with us so we may adjust your treatment/schedule as needed to provide the best care possible to each and every patient. We will always do our best to accommodate all patients and unforeseen circumstances.
